Guidelines for Submission

1. General Rules

All abstracts will be collected online via bildirim.org. Abstracts must be prepared in Turkish and English. When each abstract is uploaded to the system, the system will assign an abstract number. You are kindly requested to use this abstract number in your future communications. At least one of the authors of accepted abstracts must attend the congress. Abstracts of all accepted papers will be included in the congress e-book. A conflict of interest statement must be included during the presentation of the accepted abstract (after the title slide in presentations, as a footnote in posters).

2. Scientific Content and Ethical Rules

While preparing abstracts, it is important to ensure that they are original and comprehensive in terms of subject and content. In the abstract, the purpose of the study and the methods used should be briefly stated, the findings should be summarized with sufficient numerical detail, and the conclusion should be explained within the framework of the findings presented. It is important to pay attention to scientific language and spelling rules. It is an absolute prerequisite to comply with ethical rules, especially in clinical studies and animal studies. Abstracts are evaluated and scored by the scientific committee in a blind manner (names of the institution and the author are covered).
