  • Accommodation package fees cannot be divided. The package will be valid for a minimum of 3 nights.
  • Participation confirmation cannot be given for participants whose payment has not been completed.
  • Possible changes in tax rates by official institutions and additional taxes that may arise will be reflected in congress registration, accommodation and transfer fees.
